Childcare Assistant in the Substitute Pool for Åskloster and Bua Preschools

Bua and Åskloster preschools are located in the western part of Team Norr. Together, the preschools have 7 departments. We who work here place great importance on a positive approach towards children, parents, and colleagues. We want to work for good collaboration and utilize each other's skills and experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a childcare assistant in the substitute pool for Åskloster and Bua preschools during the absence of regular staff. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and always has the children's best interests in mind.

Our substitute pool operates according to Appendix D, which means that you have a position at least at the percentage you are employed at, but without fixed hours. Our school administrator manages your bookings and contacts you via SMS, and you have a 30-minute response time. Every 16 weeks, a review of worked hours is conducted, and all hours beyond the percentage you are employed at will be paid out as salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education, Child and Leisure Program or equivalent.

Great emphasis is placed on collaboration skills, flexibility, and approach.

Varberg Municipality has a political decision regarding the desired employment rate. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or the desired part-time.
